Kapil Saxena is currently serving as the MDG F / MDG S / CFIN Global Lead at AkzoNobel since December 2019, focusing on project delivery support, data migration, and monitoring through Power BI dashboards. Previously, Kapil held roles as Finance & MDG F Team Lead and Master Data Specialist, where responsibilities included designing mass change processes for master data and executing global obsolete cleansing initiatives. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Consultant II at DXC Technology, specializing in material management, and serving as a Senior Engineer at PHA INDIA PVT LTD, where tasks involved mapping finance activities at the plant level. Early in the career, Kapil worked as a Sales Engineer at Wuerth Industrial Services India Pvt. Ltd. Kapil holds a PGDM in Marketing/Operations from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
