Tina Peeters, PhD, has a diverse work experience in various roles related to people analytics, HR, and research. Tina currently serves as the People Listening & Advanced Talent Analytics Lead at dsm-firmenich, where they are responsible for designing and executing global employee listening strategies and advanced analytics projects. Prior to this, they worked at DSM as the Global People Analytics Lead, leading an international team specialized in advanced people analytics and research. Tina has also served as a PhD Researcher at Tilburg University and ING, where they studied and implemented successful people analytics strategies. Additionally, Tina has experience as an HR advisor, trainee, and researcher in different organizations. Tina holds a PhD in Human Resource Studies and has expertise in survey execution, data analysis, and predictive modeling.

Tina Peeters, PhD earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2012. Tina then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Tilburg University from 2013 to 2016. Tina went on to complete their Doctor's degree in Human resource management - people analytics at Tilburg University from 2017 to 2022. In 2012-2013, they also attended NCOI and studied Loopbaan adviseur, but did not earn a degree from there.
