Rafael Ayala Morales

Rafael Ayala Morales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and process optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Global Process Manager at AkzoNobel since May 2019, Rafael has developed global KPIs, orchestrated the integration of various planning activities, and designed new functionalities within the OMP environment. Previous roles at AkzoNobel include Global Process Manager and EMEA Supply Chain Project Manager, where Rafael centralized planning processes and led discussions for MPS implementations. Additional experience includes positions as a Marketing Data Analyst at T-Mobile Nederland and as a Research Consultant at Stantec. Rafael holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by an exchange program at The University of Queensland.
