Renzo Pluister

Renzo Pluister has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Renzo is currently working as a Domain Lead HR IT at AkzoNobel since 2021. Previously, they worked at HMSHost International for almost 8 years. Renzo'sroles at HMSHost International included Manager HR Technology & Payroll International, where they were responsible for the HR technology roadmap and global payroll, and HR Specialist international, where they partnered on the delivery of the strategic HR agenda and designed a global grading structure. Before joining HMSHost International, they worked at HMSHost as an HR Process Specialist and Corporate Recruiter. Prior to that, they started their career as a Staffing Consultant at Randstad. Throughout their career, Renzo has gained experience in HR technology, program management, payroll outsourcing, HR operations, HR reporting and analytics, project management, and recruitment.

Renzo Pluister attended Hotel Management School Maastricht from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2003, they also obtained a degree in Hospitality Management from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Renzo pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at NCOI business school.
