David Rigby

David Rigby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, training, and consulting. As the Founding Director of Smart Coaching & Training Ltd since July 2008, David oversees a global team of over 20 associates, offering executive coaching and soft skills training in multiple languages. In addition to serving as a Peer Mentor for GLEAC and myGwork, David is an accredited practitioner for C-me Colour Profiling in the Middle East and Europe. As an author for Al Arabiya News Channel, David shares insights through a lifestyle column focused on coaching principles for expats in the UAE. David's previous roles include Project Director for Arriyadh Development Authority and interim Team Lead for Customer Services at Abu Dhabi Municipality, where expertise in business process re-engineering and change management was applied. Holding two Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics from Royal Holloway and the University of London, David Rigby combines technical knowledge with a passion for personal and professional development.
