Karen Strive

Karen Strive possesses extensive experience in quality assurance, logistics, and education. Currently semi-retired, Karen has worked at Albaad since September 2015, focusing on manual order entry and liaising between operations and customers, while also assisting in training new employees. Prior to Albaad, Karen served as Quality Assurance Manager at Univar, overseeing lab functions and managing documentation related to product testing and compliance. With a foundational background at Chemcentral, Karen implemented a Quality Management System and participated in internal audits. Early career roles included educational positions such as a computer lab instructor and various assistant roles in both teaching and daycare settings. Karen holds a Master's Degree from Chapman University and has bachelor's and associate degrees in respectively Computer Information Systems and Liberal Arts.
