Jan Brix

Jan Brix currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management at Al Dahra since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Workstream Lead for Risk Management in a Global Carve Out Project at Bayer from February 2021 to June 2022, where Jan Brix developed a Governance Framework and advised on organizational setups. Brix also held the position of Global Head of Audit Group for Crop Science, Consumer, and Animal Health at Bayer for over 21 years, focusing on commercial processes and supply chain audits. Earlier in the career, Jan Brix was a Chief Financial Officer for the Middle East at Bayer, and a Project Manager for Global SOX Implementation. The career began at Ernst & Young as a Senior Internal Auditor. Jan Brix holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Düsseldorf.
