Joanna Reed Chartered FCIPD is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Al Ghalia since February 2021, Joanna has also undertaken a strategic HR consulting assignment for a confidential organization from April 2020 to February 2021. Previous positions include HR Advisor at Bahrain International Circuit, Executive Director - Talent Management at Bahrain EDB, and Director of People, Performance & Culture at KPMG. Joanna's extensive career at KPMG spanned over a decade, with multiple roles including Head of Human Resources for KPMG Bahrain & Qatar. Joanna holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Cricklade College and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
