Alex Holliday

Alex Holliday has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Alex currently holds the position of Head of Strategy & Investment - Real Estate at Al Ghurair Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Al-Futtaim Real Estate as the General Manager Development from 2021 to 2022. At Al-Futtaim Real Estate, they were responsible for redevelopment activity and planning in operating assets across the UAE, Egypt, and Qatar.

From 2019 to 2021, Alex served as the Head of Investment and Strategy at RF Capital Pty Ltd, a family office focused on alternative asset classes, with offices in Sydney, London, and Dubai. Before that, they had a long tenure at Majid Al Futtaim from 2011 to 2019, where they held various roles including Director, Asset Management and Head of Strategy & Research.
