David van Lochem

David van Lochem is the CEO and Co-founder of Augmented Workforce, an organization focused on integrating AI-based insights and people-centric technologies into the workforce. As an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Human Capital Committee at Al Ghurair Group since November 2023, and an Academic & Research Council Member at Amity University Dubai since January 2024, David actively contributes to governance and education in the corporate sector. Previously, David served as the Head of People & Communication at Majid Al Futtaim, where leadership in establishing a new analytics and FinTech operating company resulted in significant employee growth and the implementation of innovative programs. As Co-Founder of ThriveME, David developed a holistic employee wellness app aimed at improving various facets of employee well-being. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and has pursued additional training in corporate governance and risk management.
