Niamh Collins

Niamh Collins has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Niamh began their legal career at A&L Goodbody LLP as a Trainee Solicitor from September 2016 to September 2018. Niamh then progressed to the role of Corporate & Energy Solicitor from September 2018 to April 2022. Currently, Niamh holds the position of Corporate & Energy Associate at A&L Goodbody LLP, starting in April 2022.

In addition to their work at A&L Goodbody LLP, Niamh gained valuable experience as a Solicitor (Secondee) at SSE plc from January 2023 to June 2023. Prior to their legal roles, they worked as a Legal Assistant at TLT from October 2014 to August 2016. Niamh's work history also includes a sales-focused role as a Sales Team Manager at Convergys from September 2013 to September 2014.

Niamh's passion for law and advocacy is evident in their previous internships and volunteer work. Niamh served as a Legal Intern at Georgia CASA from May 2013 to August 2013 and as a National Legal Researcher at ELSA for Children from June 2012 to March 2013. Niamh also volunteered at the Children's Law Center of Massachusetts from August 2012 to December 2012 and the DeKalb County Public Defender's Office as an Appellate Intern from January 2012 to May 2012. Furthermore, they participated in a volunteering role at the Children's Law Centre in November 2008.

Niamh Collins has developed a diverse skill set through their various positions and has demonstrated a strong commitment to both legal and non-profit organizations.

Niamh Collins pursued their undergraduate degree from 2009 to 2013 at Trinity College Dublin, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a focus on law. In 2011 to 2012, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Emory University School of Law, where they pursued a Doctor of Law (JD). Returning to their studies in 2016 to 2018, they furthered their legal education at Queen's University Belfast, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies. Throughout their education, Niamh Collins maintained a consistent focus on law as their field of study.
