Kamal Naamani has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Managing Director for Hospitality and Leisure Projects at Al Habtoor Group since June 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing operating hotels and those under development in the UAE. Prior roles include Group Director of Operations at Al Habtoor Group, Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Pragma Group, and General Manager at prestigious establishments such as Fairmont Peace Hotel Shanghai and Fairmont Dubai. Notable achievements include transforming Fairmont Peace from a run-down three-star to a luxury five-star hotel, attaining a RevPAR rate of 98%, and generating significant revenue increases at Fairmont Dubai. Kamal Naamani possesses a degree in Hotels, Resorts, and Restaurant Management from Ryerson University.
