Previously, Bani was a Trainer at SPLASH FASHIONS, Landmark Group, from August 2010 to March 2013, focusing on developing training modules and delivering technical retail-related training. Bani holds a Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society of Training and Development and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from SGRRITS Dehradun.
