Dina Alawadh

Dina Alawadh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate asset management and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Executive Committee Member and Board Member at Al Majal Al Arabi Group since January 2024, Dina also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at OWN Real Estate since October 2022. Previously, a distinguished tenure at Riyad Capital from November 2013 to October 2022 included roles such as Senior Director and Head of Real Estate Asset Management, where responsibilities covered management of the Riyad REIT Fund and international real estate asset management. Dina’s foundational experiences also encompass auditing and compliance at Riyad Bank and tutoring at the University of Westminster. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree with distinction in Investment and Risk Finance and participation in a Leadership Development Program at Cass Business School.
