Prashant Arya is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in workforce planning and recruitment. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Al Maya Group since December 2012, Prashant specializes in strategic manpower planning for both local and overseas recruitment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Prashant was the Assistant Manager of Human Resource & Administration at Yodlei Tradecom India Pvt Ltd., where responsibilities included managing the recruitment life-cycle and sourcing top talent. Prashant holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources & Marketing from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a Bachelor of Commerce from Jiwaji University.
