Danny Zaken

Danny Zaken is a seasoned freelance writer and journalist with extensive experience in political communication and coverage of the Arab world economy, particularly focusing on the Palestinian Authority and Iran. Currently contributing to Al-Monitor since June 2017 and serving as a freelance journalist for Globes since December 2017, Danny also holds the position of media advisor at KLA-Tencor Israel. Furthermore, Danny has been a board member at the Israel Press Council and served as chairman of the Yeda Fund for IBA Journalists. With a background in leadership roles, Danny was the chairman of the Journalists Association in Jerusalem from 2010 to 2013 and a board member at Kibbutz Maaleh Hahamisha until September 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Affairs from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master's degree in Political Communication, completed between 2017 and 2019.
