Al Monitor
Mohammed Al-khatieb is an experienced journalist and editor with a significant background in reporting on Syria-related issues. Currently a reporter for Al-Monitor's Syria Pulse since May 2014, Mohammed also serves as an editor at Aleppo Media Centre since December 2012. Previous roles include reporting for Almodon online newspaper from January 2014 to April 2016, SyriaDeeply from September 2013 to August 2014, and working as a photographer for AFP from November 2013 to May 2014. Mohammed is pursuing a degree in Informatics Engineering at the Higher Institute for Applied Science and Technology, having started in 2011.
