Olivia Hooper is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in women's leadership and gender-based issues. Currently serving as Co-Director at Politics4Her, Olivia co-leads a global team of over 100 feminists focused on empowering marginalized communities through various initiatives. In addition to this role, Olivia contributes as a researcher and writer for Women on the Rise, exploring women's participation in the Global South, and works as an Editor at Barlaman Today. As a freelance journalist for The New Arab, Olivia reports on gender-related topics in the MENA region and contributes to Safe2Choose by writing informative blog posts on abortion. Olivia also assists Lina Abirafeh with research and social media, covers economic developments in Morocco for Al-Monitor, and previously served as Associate Business News Editor for GlobalPETS. With a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from London Metropolitan University, Olivia combines academic knowledge with practical experience to effect positive change in various sectors.
