Ashraf al Eid

Ashraf Al Eid has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, spanning over several positions and companies. Ashraf'smost recent role was as Vice President of Human Resources at Al Muhaidib Group, starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Human Capital Director for VOX Cinemas, L&E, and Fashion at Majid Al Futtaim from March 2018 to November 2020. From January 2014 to December 2017, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Najm Company for Insurance Services. Ashraf's career in human resources began in 1992 at Riyadh International Catering Corp., where they held various roles such as HR Executive Director, GM HR, Senior HR Manager, HR Officer, and Corporate RELP Manager. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in a wide range of HR functions, including organization strategies, recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation, leadership development, and labor relations. Ashraf also possesses knowledge and experience in areas such as coaching, counseling, change management, onboarding, career planning, and succession planning. Additionally, Ashraf has demonstrated their proficiency in financial and managerial responsibilities, including accounts, cash management, banking, audits, and customer services.

Ashraf Al Eid earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ain Shams University, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004. Recently, from 2021 to 2022, Ashraf attended The Wharton School, where they obtained an Associate's degree in the Chief Human Resources Program.
