Alaa Alminshid

Alaa Alminshid is an accomplished academic professional currently serving as an Associate Professor at Al Mustansiriya University since January 2024. Previously, Alminshid held the position of Associate Professor and Chair of the Chemistry Department at the University of Wasit from September 2018 to March 2024. Alminshid's experience includes work as a Research Assistant at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine in 2018 and as a Visiting Professor at Coe College. Alminshid completed doctoral studies at the University of Iowa, obtaining a Ph.D. in Analytical and Physical Chemistry, along with a Master’s degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Baghdad. Alminshid's extensive educational background and professional experience demonstrate a strong commitment to the field of chemistry.
