Aliaa El Wardany

Aliaa El Wardany, CIPD L7, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at AL Nabooda Automobiles LLC. since October 2024, Aliaa previously held the role of Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Al-Futtaim from August 2022 to October 2024. Prior experience includes managing talent acquisition for a government entity at KPMG Lower Gulf, serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at The Blue Group in Qatar, and holding various HR management roles at Nassir Bin Nawaf & Partners Holdings, PwC, Qatar Airways, and Teleperformance. Aliaa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ain Shams University and a Level 7 diploma from CIPD.
