Rashid Shabbir

Rashid Shabbir is an experienced HSE Advisor and Trainer currently serving as Project Lead HSE at Al Nasr Contracting since September 2023. Previously, Rashid held various roles at China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation, including Health Safety Environment Officer for the BelBazem Block Development Project and HSE Officer for the ADNOC Onshore BIFP. Prior to this, Rashid worked as an HSE Supervisor at ADNOC Onshore ASAB and Shah, as well as ADNOC Offshore projects while at Descon. Initial experience includes serving as an Occupational Health and Safety Inspector at Descon from 2012 to 2016. Rashid possesses multiple NEBOSH qualifications, with training completed between 2016 and 2022, along with a Master of Arts from the University of the Punjab.
