Fawaz Alroqi

Fawaz Alroqi, MBA, CIPD has a significant amount of experience in the field of human resources. Fawaz began their career in 2015 as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at AlMaarefa Colleges of Science & Technology (MCST). In 2016, they moved on to MEDGULF where they served as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor and then as an HR Business Partner. In 2021, they joined Social Development Bank (SDB) as a Recruitment Manager. Currently, Fawaz is working as a Talent Acquisition Director at Al Rajhi Takaful.

Fawaz Alroqi, MBA, CIPD, completed their education at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. Fawaz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from 2009 to 2012 and later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Passion to lead" from ILM and CIPD from Avado in the years 2023 and 2021 respectively.
