Jillian White

Jillian White possesses extensive experience in benefits operations, currently serving as Director of Benefits Operations for Long Term Disability at Unum since January 2012, where responsibilities include independent decision-making, customer interaction evaluation, and process improvement initiatives. Previously, Jillian held various roles at Unum, such as Disability Management Specialist and Lead Long Term Disability Specialist. Prior experience includes a position at The Clambake from May 2005 to October 2013, where responsibilities ranged from event coordination to training personnel and delivering exceptional customer service. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Saint Joseph's College, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
