Masood Khan

Masood Khan is a Senior Associate at Al Tamimi & Company since February 2014, specializing in advising a global computer and electronics group on de-mergers, asset transfers, and restructuring. In addition, Masood has experience drafting corporate implementing regulations and operating rules for various free zones in the UAE. Prior to this role, Masood served as a Corporate Associate at HaidermotaBNR & Co from October 2010 to December 2013, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, project finance, and corporate advisory services. Masood holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honors from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Forman Christian College in Lahore.
