Frazier Payne

Frazier Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and external affairs. Currently serving as the Special Assistant to the Chancellor and the Interim President at Bishop State within the Alabama Community College System since January 2020, Frazier also holds the position of Regional External Affairs Liaison. Prior to this role, Frazier spent over 16 years with the U.S. House of Representatives under Congressman Bradley Byrne, where responsibilities included being a key advisor as Deputy District Director and organizing leadership training workshops as a Field Representative. Additional experience includes serving as a Campaign Assistant for Jo Bonner’s congressional campaign and managing warehouse operations at The Arthur Wilbur Company. Frazier holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Alabama in Consumer Science, along with certifications in workforce development and training.
