Eleanor Freeman

Eleanor Freeman has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as a Licensure and Certification Surveyor at the Alabama Department of Public Health since September 2022, where responsibilities include reviewing sexual assault exams for accuracy and negotiating payments for those examinations. Prior experience includes a role as Charge Nurse and Weekend Supervisor at Ozark Rehabilitation & Health Care Center since September 2006, and work as a Registered Nurse for the State of Alabama since September 2002. Between 2006 and 2016, Eleanor Freeman was employed by the Alabama Department of Public Health as a Home Care Services Nurse Care Coordinator, providing skilled nursing and care management to ensure quality patient care. Eleanor Freeman holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from George C. Wallace Community College.
