Anthony May

Anthony May is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various educational institutions. Currently serving as an Education Specialist for the Alabama Department of Education since October 2019, Anthony has previously held positions such as Assistant Principal at Goshen High School, Pike County High School, and Barbour County High School. At Zion Chapel School, Anthony contributed as both an Assistant Principal and Mathematics Teacher, covering subjects like Algebra and Geometry, while also instructing Web Design and remediation classes. Educated at the University of West Florida with an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as holding a Master's in Educational Leadership from Auburn University at Montgomery and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Troy University and The University of Alabama respectively, Anthony brings a strong academic background to the field of education.
