Patience Oranika, Ed.D., serves as the Alabama Teacher Mentoring Specialist at the Alabama Department of Education since June 2013, overseeing the statewide Alabama Teacher Mentoring Program and managing a $3 million budget while providing training and data support for educator preparation accountability.
