Samantha Kates

Samantha Kates has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management and customer service. Currently serving as a Brand Manager at AlaBev since June 2021, Samantha previously held the position of Assistant Manager at Cape May Winery & Vineyard from May 2016 to 2021, where responsibilities included training staff, managing inventory, and enhancing the winery’s online presence. Prior to that, Samantha gained valuable customer interaction skills while working as a Server at Hamburger Construction Co from August 2007 to May 2020. Academic contributions include serving as the iCharleston Site Director at the College of Charleston and holding multiple leadership roles in new student programs and sorority recruitment. Samantha earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and History from the College of Charleston in 2015.
