Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Alacriti since January 2022, Cindy has previously held significant roles at Heartland, including Director of Portfolio Management and Senior CX Analyst, as well as various positions at The Learning House, Inc. where responsibilities included Vice President of Strategic Operations. Early career experience includes roles at Dant Clayton Corporation as Plant Manager and Quality Administrator.
