Chris Caracciolo is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various executive chef roles. Currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef at Aladdin Campus Dining since June 2017, Chris has previously held significant positions at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, Heritage Oaks Golf Club, and Latitude 31. Expertise includes cost control, menu planning, staff management, and catering event coordination. A solid foundation in culinary arts was developed through roles ranging from Line Cook at Crescent Club to Sushi Cook at Mikasa Japan. Educational background includes studies at the College of Coastal Georgia and The University of Memphis.
