Patrick Asuama

Patrick Asuama has worked with various companies in Nigeria since 2015. Patrick began as a Senior Sales Manager at Baniaz H C Ltd before moving on to roles such as Relationship Officer at Skye Bank, Auditor and Branch Manager at Technology Distribution, and Internal Control, Audit and Compliance Manager at SWISS CREDIT NIGERIA. Patrick later worked as an Assistant Area Operations Manager and Branch Operations Manager at Ifitness Centre Ltd before becoming the Head of Business Development and Revenue at Emergency Response Africa (Techstars '22), where they helped to build the largest network of First Responders, emergency response vehicles, and verified Emergency-Ready hospitals across Nigeria using their technology application. Patrick later became a Business Consultant at One-Mech Limited before joining Aladdin Digital as their Chief Operating Officer, an Ecosystem of solutions designed to support payments and trade for African businesses and Africans in diaspora.

Patrick Asuama earned a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Niger Delta University, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained a proficiency certificate in management from the Nigeria Institute of Management, with a field of study in Accounting and Business/Management. Patrick is currently pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in finance at the University of Lagos, a program they started in 2016 and is expected to complete in 2023.
