Matt Dickman

Matt Dickman is an experienced sales and business development professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as Area Vice President - West at Alafair Biosciences, Inc. since 2022. In this role, Matt promotes the innovative VersaWrap medical device and has successfully developed a strategic business plan that has expanded its adoption across a wide region. Previous positions include Director of Sales for Avanos Medical's Central Pain Division, where strategic go-to-market strategies enhanced revenue, and Vice President of Sales/Business Development at AlloSource®, managing a $145M domestic sales operation. Matt's tenure includes roles such as Regional Sales Director at ulrich medical USA, where a comprehensive training program significantly increased product utilization, and Regional Business Manager at Baxano, where strategic plans led to product re-launch success. Matt began a longstanding career at Zimmer Biomet, achieving market expansion in the trauma business unit. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.
