Pedro Navarro Santoro

Pedro Navarro Santoro is an experienced surf instructor and lifeguard currently working as a Wave Guide at Alaïa since March 2023. Pedro is the founder of Ondas Novas, offering freelance surf instruction and lifeguard services. Previously, Pedro served as Store Manager at VOLCOM, and gained experience as an opening assistant at Decathlon Australia. Early career roles included driver and night receptionist at Byron Beach Resort, Team Leader at Decathlon Internacional, and a multi-faceted role with Monster Energy. Pedro has a solid educational background in Physical Education from Universitat de Barcelona, complemented by various certifications in lifeguarding and surfing instruction.
