Yared Afework

Yared Afework is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction and renovation, currently serving as Managing Partner, Owner, and Director at Alair Homes since June 2015. Under Yared’s leadership, Alair Homes focuses on providing exceptional services in the construction and renovation of custom homes, commercial, and industrial facilities throughout North America. Prior to this role, Yared owned Nehemia Construction Inc. for a brief period in 2015 and worked as a Specialist at KONE from December 2008 to November 2014, where operational expertise was applied. Yared also held the position of Project Manager at KONE Middle East from January 2002 to September 2008, overseeing major projects, including Sharjah International Airport and various towers and shopping malls in Dubai and Sharjah. Yared holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Adama University.
