Dhionis Zhidro's most recent work experience is as a Systems Engineer at Alakai Technologies Corporation since June 2021. Furthermore, from May 2019 to August 2019, Dhionis served as a Manufacturing Lab Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they developed and delivered exercises focused on manufacturing technologies such as CNC mills, lathes, and industrial robot arms. Dhionis supervised learning students in an industrial laboratory, helped students diagnose solid models and machine and tool path programming, and assisted students in understanding key concepts in manufacturing and robotics.

Dhionis Zhidro earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 2016 to 2020.
