April Falcone

April Falcone has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and public relations. April is currently working as the Senior Director of Commercial Marketing at Alamar Biosciences, Inc. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Global Brand & Marketing Communications at NanoString Technologies, Inc. from January 2021 to October 2022, and Director of Global Marketing Communications from December 2016 to January 2021.

Before joining NanoString Technologies, Inc., April worked as the Director of Corporate Communications at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. from April 2015 to December 2016.

April also has experience in corporate communications and public relations roles at Dendreon, where they served as the Director of Corporate Communications from August 2011 to March 2015.

Prior to Dendreon, April worked at Roche Molecular Systems as the Manager of Product Communications from December 2008 to August 2011. April'sresponsibilities included managing product communications and public relations for the HPV and Microbiology diagnostic product lines.

Earlier in their career, April held the position of Senior Manager of Marketing Communications at Ventana Medical Systems from September 2004 to December 2008.

April also has experience working as a communications consultant at 5foot12 Design, where they provided creative communications expertise for various industries from August 2002 to September 2005.

April began their career as a Marketing Specialist/Graphic Designer at EasyCare Inc./Sportack from February 1997 to November 2004.

Throughout their career, April Falcone has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies, managing budgets, collaborating with various stakeholders, and executing successful communication programs.

April Falcone attended the University of Arizona from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Studio Art.
