Katie Cha

Katie Cha has diverse work experience in the field of biosciences. Katie is currently employed as a Scientist at Alamar Biosciences, Inc. where they began in April 2021 as an Associate Scientist II before being promoted. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Associate III at IGM Biosciences from March 2020 to April 2021. Katie also has experience at Quanterix, where they held the role of Research Associate from May 2018 to February 2020. Here, they developed and validated neurological biomarker assays, supported the optimization and validation of a cytokine multiplex biomarker assay, and analyzed antibody specificity using Western Blot. Katie gained additional experience as a Clinical Diagnostics Coop at Sanofi Genzyme from January 2017 to June 2017. Before that, they worked as a Lab Research Assistant at both the Robert Hanson Laboratory from September 2016 to December 2016 and the Graham B. Jones Laboratory from September 2015 to December 2015. Katie also had a role at AbbVie as Biologics & Pharmacy Support from January 2016 to June 2016.

Katie Cha holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Northeastern University, which they completed from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same university, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018.
