Anthony Nolan
Ella Gorton is a Trainee Clinical Scientist at Anthony Nolan since December 2021, following experience as a Senior Laboratory Scientist at AlphaBiolabs from November 2020 to December 2021, and as a Laboratory Scientist at UK Lighthouse Lab Network between July 2020 and November 2020, where significant contributions were made to COVID-19 sample analysis. Prior to this, Ella Gorton held a brief role in administration and accounts at ADVANCE VISION SYSTEMS LIMITED in August 2019 and completed a research project as a Scientific Researcher at Universidad de Sevilla from September 2018 to July 2019, focusing on oxidative stress in neurons. Ella Gorton earned a degree in Anatomical Sciences with Spanish from The University of Manchester, completed A-levels at Burford Sixth Form, and obtained GCSEs at Burford Secondary School.
