Robert Shaver

Robert Shaver has an extensive career in water management and civil engineering, highlighted by a long tenure at the Alameda County Water District where roles included General Manager and Assistant General Manager-Engineering from July 1991 until retirement. Prior experience includes serving as a Civil Engineer at the Suffolk County Water Authority from 1986 to 1991 and at Manuel Elken Co., PC from 1985 to 1986. Robert Shaver earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and furthered education at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
