Amy Wood

Amy Wood, PMP, MPH, is a seasoned project manager currently with Alameda Health System, focusing on Community Connect since April 2024. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Program Manager for EPIC Community Connect at El Camino Health from December 2022 to January 2024. Amy's extensive experience in healthcare technology includes serving as an Epic Application Lead at Brown & Toland Physicians, where responsibilities spanned from leading the Ambulatory, MyChart, and Care Everywhere teams to working as an Epic Ambulatory Analyst. Earlier career highlights include project management roles at Alta Bates Medical Group and Kaiser Permanente, where innovations were introduced in electronic medical record systems. Amy holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health focusing on Health Policy & Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
