Dusty Gilleland, RN, BSN, MBA, currently serves as a Transformative Nurse Coach at OMnikinesisRN and holds the position of Vice President Patient Care Services - Inpatient at Alameda Health System. With extensive experience as a Nurse Leader, Gilleland has previously worked as the Director of Neuro, Stepdown, Staffing, Float Pool, and Dialysis at Sutter Health, and served as Clinical Director of Tele and Dialysis and Director of Telemetry at Dignity Health. Gilleland's educational background includes a BSN and an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler, as well as specialized training as a Transformative Nurse Coach.
