John Minot

John Minot has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on policy and finance. John is currently employed as the Director of Program Planning & Finance at Alameda Health System since May 2022. Before this, they held various roles at the California Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems (CAPH) from 2011 to 2022. These roles included Director of Policy, Associate Director of Policy, Senior Finance Policy Analyst, and Finance Policy Analyst. Prior to their work at CAPH, they worked as a Consulting Policy Analyst at the San Francisco City Services Auditor's Office from January 2011 to May 2011. John also gained experience as an Intern Analyst at GAO in 2010, an Intern at ICTPH in 2009, and an Associate at Pacific Bridge, Inc. from 2006 to 2009.

John Minot attended Cornell University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Later, they pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Master's in Public Policy (MPP).
