Berlinia E. Leonor RN, MSN has extensive work experience in various healthcare organizations. Berlinia E. started their career as a Staff Nurse at the Seventh-Day Adventist Guam Clinic in 1997, where they worked until 2000. Berlinia E. then joined the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority as a Staff Nurse from 2000 to 2005.

In 2005, Berlinia moved to Kaiser Permanente and worked as a Staff Nurse II until 2008. Berlinia E. then transitioned to a role at Kaiser Permanente as an Assistant Nurse Manager from 2009 to 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they served as a Nurse Manager, overseeing the Medical Surgical & Total Joint Unit.

In 2018, Berlinia gained additional experience at Kaiser Permanente San Leandro Hospital, working as a Department Nurse Manager for the Med Tele/Stroke/Oncology Unit/Monitor Technician until 2023. In the same year, they also took on the role of Interim Clinical Adult Services Director at Kaiser Permanente Fremont from 2018 to 2019.

Berlinia E. Leonor RN, MSN obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA. They then went on to earn their MSN, CNL degree from the University of San Francisco from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Performance Improvement Advisor in February 2015.
