Scott Austin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Respiratory Therapist at Intermountain Healthcare, where they cared for patients with breathing difficulties. Scott later worked as an Investment Advisor Representative at Interactive Financial Advisors and as the Owner of Your Money Matters LLC, providing financial advisory services. Scott also participated in The Art of Business2 program. In 2013, they briefly worked as a consultant at Prosper. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Head Coach at Chronic Life Coaching, helping individuals with chronic illnesses find purpose and overcome stigma. Since 2015, Scott has been the Head Coach at Right Frequency Coaching LLC, specializing in assisting individuals with Type II Diabetes. Most recently, they became an Epic Principle Trainer Clindoc for Alameda Health System in 2020.

Scott Austin has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. Scott first attended Mt. San Antonio College from 1990 to 1992, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate in Respiratory Therapy from the same institution. In 1992, Scott enrolled at Simon Greenleaf University and achieved a Certificate in International Human Rights upon completing their studies in International Human Rights Law. Following this, they attended Missouri Southern State University from 2009 to 2011, focusing on Personal Finance but leaving without earning a degree. Finally, Scott pursued Health and Life Coaching by attending the Health Coach Institute, but specific dates regarding their time there are not available.
