Leticia Duncan-Brosnan, Ph.D., serves as the Director of the District-Wide Student Advocacy Network at Alamo Colleges District since 2020. With a robust background in student success initiatives, Leticia previously held the position of Executive Director at the Tomas Rivera Center for Student Success at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1994 to 2020, where oversight included various student support services. Additional roles include advising the Hispanic Scholarship Fund's Student Chapter from 2003 to 2015, counseling at San Antonio College, and working as a College Placement Counselor and Middle School Coordinator with Project STAY. Leticia's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Bachelor of Arts in Multinational Organization Studies from St. Mary's University.
