Sara Mann

Sara Mann has extensive experience in educational leadership and crisis response, currently serving as Chief High School Programs Officer and Director of District Charter Partnerships for Alamo Colleges District since September 2020, overseeing early college high school campuses and managing partnerships with San Antonio ISD. Previous roles include School Trauma Specialist at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where regional critical incident response teams were developed, and Director of Counseling & Crisis Response at Floresville ISD, where oversight of the district’s response following a tragic event was key. Mann’s career also includes various teaching and administrative positions, contributing to curriculum development and school management from elementary through secondary education. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counselor Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.
