Caleb Wood

Caleb Wood possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations, holding pivotal roles at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema since December 2021, including Director of Total Rewards, Systems, and Talent, and previously Senior Manager of People Operations. Prior to this, Caleb worked at SailPoint as a Senior HRIS Analyst and at Kestra Financial as Director of HR. Earlier career positions include Recruiting Lead at Allied Consultants Inc., Store Manager at Crocs, Inc., General Manager at Teavana, and Assistant Manager at Crocs, Inc. Additionally, Caleb served as a Librarian at the UNT Department of Communication Studies. Caleb obtained a degree from the University of North Texas between 2009 and 2013.
