Richard Lynch

Richard Lynch has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Richard has most recently worked at Alamo Group Inc. since 2020, where they have served as the Director of Operations and previously as the Plant Operations Manager. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant at GLG Consulting from 2019 to 2020. Richard also worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Manufacturing Production Manager from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they held positions at Polaris Industries as a Production Manager and Business Unit Manager from 2010 to 2017. Richard has also worked at Storflex as a Plant Operations Manager from 2008 to 2010, at Lozier Corporation as an Area Operations Manager from 2001 to 2008, at Magtek, Inc. as a Manufacturing Manager from 1997 to 2001, and at General Motors in various roles including Business Manager, Sr. Staff Assistant, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Production General Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Industrial Engineer from 1982 to 1997.

Richard Lynch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management/Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, which they attended from 1978 to 1982. Richard later pursued further education, completing an MBA in Marketing at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certification from Villanova University in 2010.
